GammaTerminal – Delta Hedging Suite — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the GammaTerminal Delta Hedging Suite platform, website, APIs, dashboards, analytics, alerts, and related services (“Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Nature of Service
GammaTerminal provides market analytics, options-flow analysis, gamma exposure models, delta hedging indicators, institutional flow tools, alerts, visualizations, and educational information.
The Service does not provide:
- investment advice;
- financial planning;
- securities recommendations;
- brokerage services;
- execution services;
- fiduciary services.
All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes:
- investment advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- solicitation to buy or sell securities.
Users are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security;
- safeguarding login credentials;
- all activities occurring under your account.
You must immediately notify GammaTerminal of any unauthorized access.
5. Subscription Services
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Fees are displayed before purchase. Access to premium features may be suspended upon non-payment.
6. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize GammaTerminal and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method. Pricing may change upon reasonable notice.
7. Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial subscription periods are not refunded.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- reverse engineer the platform;
- scrape data;
- redistribute proprietary analytics;
- share accounts;
- interfere with platform operation;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- use automated systems without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, models, indicators, algorithms, visualizations, branding, reports, and content remain the exclusive property of GammaTerminal. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. GammaTerminal does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- real-time accuracy;
- continuous market data availability;
- error-free operation.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers including:
- Stripe;
- market-data vendors;
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- authentication providers.
GammaTerminal is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GammaTerminal shall not be liable for:
- trading losses;
- lost profits;
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages;
- loss of data;
- loss of business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GammaTerminal and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Service.
14. Termination
GammaTerminal may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
